SS-PEG-Tosyl is an organo-intermediate of polyethylene glycolated tosyl group containing disulfide bond functional groups, which combines chemical reversibility and biocompatibility. As a highly efficient pharmaceutical intermediate and polymer material modifier, its disulfide bond structure can break in response to a reducing environment, and the PEG segment significantly improves water solubility. It is widely used in the construction of targeted delivery systems and bio-conjugation catalytic reactions.
