By combining the activation characteristics of the tosyl group with the excellent water solubility and biocompatibility of polyethylene glycol (PEG), it can efficiently participate in coupling reactions or serve as a catalyst carrier. The terminal valeric acid (VA) group further expands the potential for molecular functionalization modification, making it suitable for complex chemical synthesis systems.
