Tosyl-PEG-NTA is a multifunctional organic intermediate that combines the high reactivity of the tosyl group with the biocompatibility of the PEG chain. It is widely used in protein immobilization and metal chelation catalytic systems. Its NTA group can efficiently chelate transition metal ions and is an important pharmaceutical intermediate for constructing metal-dependent catalytic reactions and biomolecule purification systems.
