BOC-NH-PEG-NHS is a multifunctional organic intermediate with high reactivity. The tert-butoxycarbonyl (BOC) group protecting the amino group can effectively avoid side reactions, while the terminal NHS ester group can efficiently couple with biomolecules containing amino groups. This compound is widely used in bioconjugation, modification of polymer materials, and construction of catalyst carriers due to the excellent biocompatibility and adjustable molecular weight characteristics of the PEG chain.
