It is widely used in the preparation of pharmaceutical intermediates and the design of catalyst carriers. The succinic acid (SA) reactive group in its molecular structure can efficiently participate in esterification/amidation reactions, providing a highly reactive platform for the synthesis of biocompatible materials.
