I. [Product Description]
DOX-PEG-Hyd-PMLA is a composite organic intermediate constructed based on a poly(malic acid) (PMLA) carrier. It forms a modular structure with pH-responsive properties by connecting doxorubicin derivatives and PEG of different molecular weights through a hydrazone bond. This compound can be used as a pharmaceutical intermediate to construct intelligent delivery systems. Its PEG segment can be customized to adjust the hydrophilic-lipophilic balance, and the poly(malic acid) main chain provides high loading capacity, which is suitable for directional modification in catalytic reaction systems.

【Appearance】 Off-white to pale yellow solid, semi-transparent viscous jelly when the molecular weight ≥ 5000
【Stability】 Store at -20°C for long-term. Use within 48 hours after dissolution.
【Solvents】 Anhydrous DMSO, THF/water mixture (v:v = 7:3), dimethylacetamide
【Molecular Weight】 (PEG): 2000 ± 50, 3400 ± 80, 5000 ± 100 (customizable in the range of 1000-10000)
【Storage Conditions】 Packed in a nitrogen-filled aluminum foil bag, store at -20°C in the dark. The shelf life is 18 months.
