DTPA-PEG-SPDP (Diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid-Polyethylene glycol-Dithiodipyridine disulfide) is a bifunctional crosslinking agent with both chelating coordination and controllable coupling properties. It is widely used as an organic intermediate in the fields of bioconjugation and nanomaterial synthesis. Its SPDP group can achieve thiol-directed reactions, the DTPA module provides metal ion chelating ability, and the PEG chain enhances water solubility and stability.
