IA-PEG-OPSS (Iodoacetyl-Polyethylene Glycol-Orthopyridyl Disulfide) is a multifunctional heterobifunctional cross-linker with the dual characteristics of organic intermediates and pharmaceutical intermediates. Its OPSS group can specifically react with thiols, and the iodoacetyl group can efficiently capture amino groups. Combined with the excellent biocompatibility of PEG, it exhibits precise and controllable catalytic performance in bioconjugation reactions.
