MA-PEG-Mal (Methacrylate-Polyethylene Glycol-Maleimide) is a multifunctional organic intermediate with the characteristics of reactive bifunctional groups. It can serve as an efficient catalyst carrier or pharmaceutical intermediate and is widely used in the fields of polymer material synthesis and bioconjugation. Its maleimide group specifically couples with sulfhydryl groups, and the methacrylate group supports photo/thermal induced polymerization. The PEG segment imparts excellent water solubility and biocompatibility.
