NPC-PEG-C16 is an amphiphilic block compound constructed from a 4-nitrophenyl carbonate (NPC) reactive group, a polyethylene glycol (PEG) segment, and a palmitic acid (C16) hydrophobic end. It combines the high reactivity of organic intermediates with the precise coupling characteristics of pharmaceutical intermediates. Its PEG segment provides excellent water solubility and long-circulation performance, and the palmitic acid chain can enhance the stability of the micelle structure. It is suitable for the construction and functional modification of nanodrug delivery systems.
