PA-PEG-SPA (Succinimidyl Propionate-Polyethylene Glycol-Propionic Acid) is a bifunctional crosslinking agent. As a highly efficient organic intermediate, it is widely used in bioconjugation reactions and material surface modification. The NHS ester group in its molecule can react specifically with amino groups, and the PEG chain provides excellent hydrophilicity and biocompatibility. It is suitable for protein coupling, nano-carrier construction, and catalytic system development.
