PEI-PEG-Mal (Polyethylenimine-Polyethylene Glycol-Maleimide) is a multifunctional amphiphilic polymer that combines the high polymer loading capacity of polyethylenimine (PEI) and the biocompatibility of polyethylene glycol (PEG). The maleimide group at its end can efficiently achieve the click chemical reaction of thiol groups. As a high-performance organic intermediate, this compound is widely used in the fields of carrier construction, catalytic system design, and biomaterial functionalization.
