Tosylate-PEG-PNIPAAm is a triblock copolymer with both temperature responsiveness and functional modification characteristics. It can be used as an organic intermediate to construct an intelligent responsive material system and achieve precise molecular modification in the development of pharmaceutical intermediates. The terminal tosylate group (Tosylate) endows it with excellent activation characteristics, the PNIPAAm block provides a temperature-sensitive phase transition function (LCST ≈ 32°C), and the PEG segment enhances water solubility and biocompatibility.

    【Appearance】 Depending on different molecular weights, it appears as a white/whitish solid or viscous liquid.
