Con A-PEG-IA (Iodoacetate) is a highly reactive organic intermediate. Through the precise coupling of concanavalin A (Con A) with polyethylene glycol (PEG) and the combination of the terminal functional group of iodoacetate, it can achieve efficient biomolecular cross-linking. This compound combines the biocompatibility of PEG and the directional modification ability of iodoacetate, and shows excellent stability and controllability in the catalytic reaction system. It is widely applicable to the construction of complex bioconjugation systems.
