BSA-PEG-OPSS is a polymer conjugate compound constructed with bovine serum albumin (BSA) as the core and covalently modified with a pyridylthiol (OPSS) group through polyethylene glycol (PEG). It can be used as an organic intermediate or pharmaceutical intermediate in the bioconjugation reaction system. Its characteristic lies in enhancing the water solubility and steric hindrance effect through the PEG chain segment, and cooperating with the directional thiol reaction activity of the OPSS group, which is suitable for catalytic reaction systems such as protein modification and nanocarrier construction.
