Relevant responsible comrades from the Department of Research Conditions and Finance of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Office of Innovation System Construction, the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China, experts and scholars such as Zhang Xuemin, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, as well as representatives of more than 40 member units of the alliance participated in the meeting.
    Wu Xuedi, deputy director, pointed out that in November 2013, the Ministry of Science and Technology approved the Industrial Technology Innovation Strategy Alliance of Reagents for Scientific Research as one of the pilot alliances of the national industrial technology innovation strategy, which is of great significance to fundamentally solve the outstanding problems of China's scientific research reagents relying on imports, with few varieties, unstable quality, and low recognition in the market. He said that the future development of the alliance should be under the continuous support and guidance of the state, respect the development of scientific research reagents of its own laws, adhere to the enterprise as the main body, market-oriented development principle; make full use of the alliance as an organizational form, to promote the sustained development of China's scientific research reagents, to accelerate the rapid transformation of scientific research results into real productivity; to the construction of the quality assurance system as a hand, to innovate the R & D mechanism, to enhance the sense of service In addition, we will carry out brand building to make the alliance reagents become the representative of recognized high-quality reagents and provide effective support for the implementation of China's innovation-driven development strategy. The relevant comrades of Innovation Office introduced the basic situation of the Industrial Technology Innovation Strategy Alliance of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and made suggestions on the positioning, objectives and development direction of the Alliance. The secretariat of the alliance reported the development and achievements of China's scientific research reagents during the “11th Five-Year Plan” and “12th Five-Year Plan” period under the support of the state, and the alliance's focus on the construction of UAR (United Applications Reagent, UAR). UAR (United Applications Reagent, UAR), which is the key construction of the Union, the construction and application of the Internet of Things (IoT) of United Applications Reagent (UAR) in the circulation area of scientific research reagents, as well as the next step of the Union's work plan.
